Mating is defined as the paring of the reproductive organs for copulation and for rising of off springs. Different animals have different methods of mating some of them are very strange but all of them attain the same goal.

The honey-bee selects their queen from a selective breed in the queen cell. The queen selected is fed on some royal gel by the worker bees as they also induce her to make her sexually mature. If she manages to survive until adulthood without her rivals killing her, the queen goes for a mating flight with a dozen or more of the male drones in the colony. These male drones are not very lucky, this is because during the mating process their genitals explode and snap inside the queen preventing the queen from being fertilized by another bunch of male drones.

For flatworms mating is more of a fight other than pleasure, the male reproductive organ includes two daggers like penises. During mating they try and stab each other with the dagger like penises and the loser who will get stabbed will therefore absorb the sperms through the skin and bear the burden of motherhood.

For the elephants, the female reach sexual maturity at the age of 13 years while the male elephant will have to wait until he attains the age of 14 to be sexually mature. The elephants usually have a period of time between 3 to 4 months when the sexually energy and aggression is increased and so this is the time when many of the mate. When a female elephant gets sexually aroused which mainly happens 4-6 times in a day, she will wander around looking for a perfect male for her and then if the male approaches she moves as away shown on the elephant mating video clip forcing the male to chase, this continues until they come to a suitable location away from the herd. The bonobo's on the other hand uses mating for almost anything in their lifestyle. For his animals there is no fighting they just have sex instead to solve the matter, they also use sex as favors in exchange for food.
